GUIDED GROUP MEDITATION
Meditation has so many benefits for mind, body and spirit.
Meditation is a practice of quieting the mind and allowing you to connect with the inner self.
Those who have attempted meditation on their own know it can sometimes be challenging to quiet the mind. Coming together in a group of like-minded people provides the support and energy that can help you reach a meditative state.
If you are a regular meditator or if you are just starting out, our group welcomes you!!
Meditation gatherings are held each Thursday evening at 7:30 on zoom.
These gatherings are $12 per person or you may purchase a package of 6 for $60.
