GUIDED GROUP MEDITATION

Meditation is a practice of quieting the mind and allowing you to connect with the inner self.
Those who have attempted meditation on their own know it can sometimes be challenging to quiet the mind. Coming together in a group of like-minded people provides the support and energy that can help you reach a meditative state.
If you are a regular meditator or if you are just starting out, our group welcomes you!!
At this moment in time, meditation is only offered on Zoom. We are having regular Zoom meditation gatherings every Thursday night at 7:30 and every other Sunday at 11:30 am.
There is no charge at this time.
